Every piece is wrapped by hand before it leaves us. If it isn’t right, send it back.
. CHANGING YOUR MIND
You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you’d like to return it. No reason needed. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund.
. STARTING A RETURN
Email notification@byvitoso.com with your order number, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. We’ll reply with the returns address and anything else you need.
Return postage is yours to cover, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one. We recommend a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage.
. CONDITION
Try it on as you would in a shop. Wrap it as it came, in its tissue and cloth, if you still have them.
If a piece comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
. REFUNDS
We refund the price of the piece and the standard delivery you paid. If you chose a faster service, we refund the standard rate.
The money goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of the piece reaching us, or of you sending proof of postage, whichever comes first.
. EXCHANGES
Tell us the size or colour you’d like and we’ll set it aside for you. It goes out as soon as yours reaches us, and exchanges travel free.
If you’d rather have credit, it is valid for 12 months and can be spent across more than one order.
. FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days. We’ll refund it in full, including every postage cost.
After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
. DECEMBER
Anything bought in December can be returned until 8 January.
