Returning Your Items

At Vitoso, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

 

To ensure a seamless return process, we kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully upon receipt, prior to removing any attached tags or disposing of original packaging. Each garment arrives with a security return tag prominently placed — removal of this tag will render the item ineligible for return.

Please note that original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once your return is approved.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Kindly return your item(s) to the address listed on your returns slip, ensuring all customs documentation is clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS". Any return subject to unpaid customs, duties, or fees will be declined. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured courier service, as Vitoso cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
  • All original tags, liners, packaging, and Vitoso return tags must be intact.
  • Jewelry must be returned unmarked, in its original, undamaged packaging, placed within a protective shipping box.

 

We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet these standards.

Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order promptly, as we are unable to reserve stock in advance. Your original item must be returned in accordance with our policy.

If your desired exchange is unavailable, our team will contact you to offer an alternative that suits you. Successful exchanges are shipped complimentary.

Store Credit & Gift Cards
If you opt for store credit or a Vitoso Gift Card, it will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You are welcome to use the balance across multiple purchases within that period.

To redeem, simply apply the provided code at checkout. For any inquiries regarding your credit or gift card after the expiry date, please contact our team at contact@byvitoso.com.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any initial shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.
