How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.

Please note: During collection launches or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders domestically from the United Kingdom. Every piece is carefully packed and sent out from our UK-based facility to maintain quality and efficiency.

What carrier do you use?

We ship orders using Royal Mail and DHL, trusted delivery partners known for their reliable, fast, and fully trackable services. Domestic and international orders are allocated to the most suitable carrier based on destination and service level, ensuring your package arrives safely and on time.

Pre Orders

Your pre-order will be among the very first to ship, starting early in the new year.  We’ll notify you by email with tracking details once your order is on its way, so you can follow our cap right to your door.
